Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template below to ensure we get all the necessary information quickly.
- Wait for Approval: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the unworn, unwashed item with its original tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Mail it to the address provided in your instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds: Timing and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.
- Bank Processing Time: After we issue the refund, please allow 5-10 business days for it to appear on your credit card statement (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or in your PayPal account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear, damage from misuse, or that are not in resalable condition.
