Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at RefrigiWear Shop. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use our email template below to ensure we get all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the unworn, unwashed item with its original tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip and mail it to the address provided in your instructions.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Important Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear, damage from misuse, or that are not in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Compression & Base Layers
  • Socks
  • Pajama Bottoms
  • Pajama Sets
  • Pajamas & Robes
  • Robes

Refund Timing & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.
  • Bank Processing Time: After we issue the refund, please allow 5-10 business days for it to appear on your credit card statement (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or in your PayPal account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
