Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping Limitations:

We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from RefrigiWear Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Wait for approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely pack the item with original tags and include a copy of your order confirmation
4. Mail the item to the address provided in your instructions

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return after we receive it, and then 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
